Our exclusive research-based programs for early childhood children are designed to equip children with key skills to support their physical, mental, social and emotional well-being, helping them with the best chances to succeed in life.

The Mindful Me incursions for early childhood services is our holistic signature program designed for children between the ages of 3 to 6. It has been delivered to over 1,500 children in diverse communities across Western Australia.

This exceptional program inspires and educates children to make positive, healthy everyday choices which also nurtures our future generations with gratitude, self-belief, self-awareness, resilience and kindness.

Our parent and family workshops equip busy parents with strategies to improve personal well-being to bring their best selves forward in their personal and professional lives.

Jeff and Esmee share their insights and experiences as parents to nurture and shape healthier and happier families.

These workshops support parents with the 3Cs to building connected, healthy and happy families.

Our THRIVE Well-being Workshops have been valuable in supporting the well-being of TAFE lecturers, government leaders and early childhood educators.
